Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use!) :
BREAKFAST
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel)
Yogurt, banana
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread), cantaloupe slices
Homemade waffles, homemade waffle syrup
Chex Cereal with milk x2
Scrambled eggs, watermelon
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese
Apple sandwiches, celery with cream cheese
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), pineapple slices
Tuna salad, cucumber slices
Salami slices, pepper jack cheese, cucumber slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle
Nachos, avocado slices
DINNER
Delicious Steak Fajitas (made with corn tortillas), corn on the cob, Tomato Cucumber Salad
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat on corn chips with taco toppings)
Crunchy Chicken Salad, pineapple slices
BBQ Bacon Burgers, Home Fried Potatoes
Baked potatoes with bacon and cheese, garden salad (Watch my Best Baked Potatoes video here.)
Hot Dogs, baked beans
Spicy Chicken Thighs, rice, steamed green beans
