What do you plan to do with so many eggs? Do you cook them and then freeze the cooked eggs?
You can break the eggs and pour them into a freezer bag to freeze, but we boil them or use them in fried and scrambled eggs in the morning. I almost always have eggs for breakfast and everyone else will have them one or two mornings a week. We also use them in baking or making homemade waffles (recipe here).
I notice you get the same lunchmeat every week, do you have coupons for that or is it a good deal. It looks like a good brand just wondering.
It’s Hormel Naturals lunch meat. I sometimes have coupons for it, but it is $2.50 per package without a coupon and is the only lunch meat in our area that doesn’t have nitrates. I try to avoid those whenever I can.
Ok very good I might have to check it out. I usually by cumberland gap & have it sliced. not sure if it has nitrates or not.
