I have been really struggling with planning meals and doing a shopping list. Yesterday it dawned on me that you give your meal plan for the week! Duh! I was so overjoyed to realize this. I’ve been scouring websites for meal plans but honestly they all were too fancy for me or included too many foods that I don’t like. When I saw your meal plan, Kimberlee, I was thrilled that you use just regular food to meal plan. I’m using your meal plan as a template and making the changes that work for me. It made making a shopping list so much easier.
Thank you so much for posting your meal plan. I also checked out Crystal’s meal plan and it also was pretty basic (which is exactly what I’m looking for). I’ve already made my meal plan AND done my grocery shopping for the week! Woohoo! I just can’t thank you enough, Kimberlee.
I am so happy for you Samantha! Thanks for letting me know. 🙂
