One way I incorporate this principle of small changes over time is to choose a weekly project to work on ten minutes a day. After 58 straight weeks of ten minute a day projects (see them all here), I’m taking a break this week. We are mostly unpacked, so I am going to spend the week resting and enjoying my family with no agenda other than my morning routine (read more here).
