Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use!) :
BREAKFAST
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
Scrambled eggs, cantaloupe
French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), bacon
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with cinnamon and raisins
Organic Vanilla Yogurt with sliced bananas
Fried eggs with spinach, Easy Baked Apples
LUNCH
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw veggies and ranch dressing x2
Apple Sandwiches, celery with cream cheese
Tuna Salad, raw veggies and ranch dressing
Nachos, avocado slices
Salami slices, pepper jack cheese, green pepper slices
DINNER
Steak and Peppers, rice (click here for my Delicious Steak Marinade recipe)
Heartland Gluten Free Pasta with Marinara Sauce, garden salad
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle skin-on thighs with Lawry’s Seasoned Salt and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees), Black Bean and Corn Salsa (we LOVE this!)
Crockpot Ribs, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Chicken Quesadillas, avocado slices, grape tomatoes
Homemade Pizza (Udi’s Gluten Free Pizza Crust), Romaine salad
Oven Baked Tacos, steamed broccoli
