Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use!) :
BREAKFAST
French Toast (Udi’s GF bread), bacon
Chex Cereal with milk x2
Scrambled Eggs, orange slices
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with cinnamon and raisins
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, carrots with ranch dressing
Peach Mango Smoothie (substituting strawberries for the peaches), popcorn
Nachos, green pepper slices
Quesadillas (tortillas previously purchased), carrots and ranch dressing
PBJ (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), pretzels (Glutino Gluten Free)
Snack lunch: salami, pepper jack cheese, orange slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots, ranch dressing
DINNER
Crunchy Chicken Salad, potato chips
Shrimp and Grits, steamed asparagus and sugar snap peas(left over from last week because we had a change of plans and ended up spending $15 on fast food)
BBQ Bacon Burgers, potato chips
Hot Dogs, baked beans
Crockpot Chili, corn chips
Baked Potatoes, bacon, broccoli, leftover chili (watch my Best Baked Potatoes Video here)
Soup, grilled cheese (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
