BREAKFAST
French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), bacon
Chex Cereal with milk
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins x2 (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (Udi’s Gluten Free bread), raw veggies and ranch dressing x2
Nachos
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), green pepper slices
Snack lunch: Nitrate-Free Salami slices, pepper jack cheese, green pepper slices
Shrimp and Grits, steamed asparagus, steamed sugar snap peas
Breakfast for dinner: Waffles and Eggs
Italian Chicken, Jovial Pasta, Romaine Salad
Blackbean Chicken Chili, corn chips
BBQ Chicken, rice, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Oven Tacos, steamed green beans
Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), rice
