BREAKFAST
Chex Cereal with milk x2
French toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), bacon
Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), sausage
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana
Yogurt with fresh strawberries, scrambled eggs
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Nachos, avocado slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, veggies and ranch dressing x2
Salami, pepper jack cheese slices, veggies with ranch dressing
DINNER
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas (recipe coming soon!), rice
Baked Potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower, bacon (see my Best Baked Potatoes video here)
Leftover Chili, Tropical Fruit Salad
Jovial Gluten Free Pasta with sauce, salad, garlic bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
Breakfast for Dinner: Fried Eggs and Bacon
Roast, steamed green beans, rice
