BREAKFAST
Scrambled eggs, Easy Baked Apples
French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), sausage links
Chex Cereal with milk x2
Yogurt with strawberries
Udi’s GF Bagel with cream cheese and raisins
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with cinnamon and raisins
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (made with Udi’s Gluten Free bread)
Ham and cream cheese rollups, green pepper slices with ranch dressing
Nachos
Snack lunch: salami, pepper jack cheese and cucumber slices
Apple slices with peanut butter and raisins
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle
DINNER
Jovial Gluten Free Pasta with Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce, green salad, garlic bagel (Udi’s)
Baked Potatoes with bacon and broccoli
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), canned peaches
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, avocado slices
Steak fajitas (corn tortillas), rice
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (no bun), sweet potato fries
Oven Tacos, rice

Thanks Steph. I prefer to cook only one meal a day. Well, honestly, I prefer to cook no meals a day–haha!
