BREAKFAST
French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free bread), bacon
Yogurt with blueberries
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
Cereal x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Scrambled eggs, Easy Baked Apples
LUNCH
Apple Sandwiches, cucumber slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle
Corn Chips with melted cheese, cherry tomatoes
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), avocado slices
Soup and grilled cheese (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
DINNER
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostados, avocado slices
Chicken and Black Bean Chili, corn chips
BBQ chicken, steamed cabbage, rice
Steak and Peppers, rice (Delicious Steak Marinade recipe here)
Baked Potato, bacon, broccoli and leftover chili
Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), steamed broccoli and cauliflower
