BREAKFAST
French Toast, bacon
Yogurt with blueberries
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins*
Cereal x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Scrambled eggs, Easy Baked Apples
LUNCH
Apple Sandwiches, cucumber slices x2
Turkey Sandwich, pickle*
Corn Chips with melted cheese, cherry tomatoes
Pizza Bagels (mozzarella, pepperoni previously purchased)
Quesadillas, avocado slices
Soup* and grilled cheese
DINNER
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostados, avocado slices
Chicken and Black Bean Chili*, corn chips
BBQ chicken, steamed cabbage, rice
Steak* and Peppers, rice (Delicious Steak Marinade recipe here)
Baked Potato*, bacon, broccoli* and leftover chili
Chicken Enchiladas*, steamed broccoli and cauliflower*
