Chex Cereal with milk x2
Oatmeal with raisins x2 (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread), applesauce
Bagel with cream cheese (Udi’s GF Bagel)
LUNCH
Progresso Canned Soup, grilled cheese sandwich (Udi’s GF bread)
Nachos, green pepper slices
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Quesadillas (corn tortiallas), refried beans
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle
Easy Potato Soup, Parmesan Garlic Toast
London Broil, mashed potatoes, green beans
Spicy Black Beans and Rice
BBQ Chicken Nachos, avocado slices
Rotini with marinara sauce, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Baked potatoes with bacon, broccoli and cheese (watch my Best Baked Potatoes video here)
Chicken Enchiladas, steamed green beans
