These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (click orange links for recipes):
BREAKFAST
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel)
Cinnamon Chex Cereal with milk
Scrambled eggs, orange slices
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread(, apple sauce
Fried egg with spinach, sausage links
Oatmeal with raisins x2 (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn
Ham and cream cheese rollups, cucumber slices
Nachos with avocado slices
Apple Sandwich, green pepper slices
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), refried beans
Turkey sandwich, green pepper slices
DINNER
Steak and peppers, rice (Steak Marinade recipe here)
Baked Potatoes with bacon and broccoli, garden salad (watch my Best Baked Potatoes Video here)
New Year’s Eve Dinner (click here)
Black Bean Quesadillas (corn tortillas), green pepper slices
London Broil, Easy Sweet Potato Fries, steamed green beans
Chicken and Blackbean Chili, corn chips
Hot Dogs, baked beans

I love your blog! We are in similar situation, I try for a $100 a week and GF…which pre-gluten free $100 was a cushy budget…GF though now not so much.
(I have found I can’t have oats either, even if they are labeled GF though. =( )
