BREAKFAST
Fried eggs with spinach, tangerine slices
Cinnamon Chex Cereal with milk x2
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF Bread)
Oatmeal with raisins ((Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)
Scrambled Eggs, toast (Udi’s GF Bread)
Bagel with cream cheese (Udi’s GF Bagel)
LUNCH
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), refried beans
Turkey sandwich, pickles (Udi’s GF bread)
Nachos
Grilled cheese (Udi’s GF bread), leftover beef stew
Leftovers
DINNER
Steak and Peppers, Rice
Chicken Enchiladas, steamed green beans
Baked Potato, broccoli and bacon
Gluten Free Pasta with sauce, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Pork chops, Sweet Potato Fries
Dinner with friends
