BREAKFAST
Yogurt with blueberries
Chex Cereal with milk x2
Cheese toast
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with raisins
Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel) with cream cheese
LUNCH
Grilled Cheese, leftover soup
Ham and cream cheese rollups, raw veggies with ranch dressing
Nachos
PBJ (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), tortilla chips
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), refried beans
Turkey sandwich (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), pickles
Leftovers
DINNER
Chicken and Black Bean Chili, corn chips
Turkey Soup, Crunchmaster GF Crackers
Brenda’s Beef Stew, garlic toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Baked Potato, broccoli and bacon
Steak and Peppers, Rice
Pork chops, Sweet Potato Fries
Dinner at a Restaurant (We were given free tickets to dinner show.)
