BREAKFAST
French toast (Udi’s GF bread)
Fruity Trix Cereal* with milk x2
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread)
Yogurt, banana
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) x2
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Quesadillas (corn tortillas)
Ham and cream cheese rollups, celery with ranch dressing
Nachos
PBJ, apple slices
Turkey sandwich, pickles
DINNER
Easy Beef and Vegetable Soup, gluten free crackers
Beef Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), Mexican Rice
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), steamed broccoli
Cheeseburgers, potato chips
Turkey, sweet potato casserole, green beans (late Thanksgiving dinner!)
Leftovers
*My daughter was able to eat the Fruity Trix without a problem, but this is not an officially labeled gluten free product.
