Ordered a free tote bag plus paid for one because I have 2 little girls…then was given the option of adding another “bonus buy” for less money & didn’t realize it would be exactly like one of the other bags which I had customized with names. Vistaprint customer service was willing to cancel the bonus buy & reorder it with my niece’s name on it, but it was very misleading because once you add the bonus buy your order is complete and you don’t have the opportunity to remove it from the order.
