Need a simple dessert for family or guests? Try this brownie parfait (gluten free version too!).
Brownie Parfait
Ingredients:
Brownie Mix (Betty Crocker Gluten Free Mix or this recipe.)
1/2 gallon Vanilla Ice Cream (For gluten free version, be sure to check ingredients!
Strawberries (whole or sliced)
Directions:
Prepare brownies according to box directions (or prepare Betty Crocker GF Brownie Mix). Cut into small cubes and layer in the bottom of a wine glass. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream (you can scoop the ice cream ahead of time onto a cookie sheet and place it in the freezer until serving time).
Garnish with whole or sliced strawberries. Serve immediately.
Serves 8-12 depending on serving sizes.
