Your list is a great guide and I really appreciate you getting this information out! 2 years I never heard of gluten and now I am very aware of the garbage food producers are putting in our foods. Buyer beware of food sources that naturally do not contain gluten may still have it! I am on a mission to expose the truth of how really bad our food producers have become. Have a blessed day! LBO

This is stupid you can’t even read it, and whenever I print it out it still prints out in tiny print!

Hi Kathleen! The most cost-effective way to eat gluten free is to eat whole foods like meat, vegetables and fruit that you prepare yourself. You can get some ideas by checking out my weekly gluten free menus here: https://thepeacefulmom.com/category/gluten-free-menu/.
