BREAKFAST
Scrambled eggs, grits
Cheese toast (Udi’s GF bread), banana
Organic Yogurt with peach slices, sausage links
Chex Cereal with milk x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF Bagel)
LUNCH
Ham and cream cheese rollups, apple slices
Nachos
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn
PBJ, canned fruit
Quesadillas , peach slices
Turkey sandwich, pickles
DINNER
Tacos, Black Bean and Corn Salsa (taco shells from pantry, ground beef in freezer)
Country Style Ribs, steamed green beans
Spicy Black Beans and rice
Hot dogs, baked beans, potato chips
BBQ Chicken Nachos (chicken from freezer)
Buttered Noodles (quinoa pasta), steamed broccoli
Chicken Quesadillas (corn tortillas), canned fruit
