BREAKFAST
Organic yogurt, fresh blueberries
French toast (Udi’s GF bread), sausage links
Chex Cinnamon Cereal with milk x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel)
Cheese toast, peach slices (Udi’s GF bread)
Scrambled eggs, grits
LUNCH
Ham and cream cheese rollups, carrots with ranch dressing
Nachos, avocado slices
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn
PBJ (Udi’s), peach slices
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), green pepper strips
Turkey Provolone Lettuce Wrap, pickles
Apple slices with peanut butter and raisins
DINNER
Steak and Peppers (made with GF Steak Marinade), brown rice, Tomato Cucumber Salad
Crustless Quiche (carry over from last week), strawberries and whipped cream
London Broil, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Chicken Quesadillas, Black Bean Salsa
Heartland Pasta with sauce, garden salad
Hot dogs, baked beans, potato chips
Italian Chicken served over romaine salad
(marinate chicken in Italian Salad Dressing and saute.)
