BREAKFAST
Organic yogurt, fresh blueberries x2
Kix Cereal with milk x2
Scrambled eggs, grits
Cheese toast (Udi’d Gluten Free Bread), applesauce
Fried egg, sausage patties (make sure yours are gluten free!)
LUNCH
Ham and cream cheese rollups, carrots and ranch dressing
Nachos, refried beans
Smoothie, popcorn
PBJ (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), apple slices x2
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), refried beans
Turkey sandwich (Udi’s again), pickles
DINNER
London Broil, Saffron Rice, Green Beans
Cheeseburger, Home Fried Potatoes, Garden Salad
Hot dogs, Baked Beans from scratch (I’ll let you know how that goes!)
Chicken quesadillas, green beans
Country Style Ribs (recipe here), rice
Italian Chicken (saute chicken breast strips in Italian Dressing, saute) served over salad
