Simple Gluten Free: Our Simple Weekly Menu on a budget! This menu is basically the same as our family menu with a few adjustments (such as substituting gluten free cereal and bread)
BREAKFAST
Organic yogurt, fresh strawberries
Chex Gluten free cereal, milk x2
Scrambled eggs, grits
Cheese toast (Udi’s gluten free bread)
Cantaloupe, peanut butter toast (Udi’s gluten free bread)
Banana with peanut butter, yogurt
LUNCH
Ham and cream cheese rollups, celery sticks and ranch dressing
Nachos, avocado
Smoothie, popcorn
PBJ (Udi’s gluten free bread), apple slices x2
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), canned peaches
Hot dogs, raw veggies with ranch dressing
DINNER
Hamburgers, baked beans, corn on the cob
BBQ Chicken Nachos (recipe here), Broccoli Slaw Salad (recipe here)
Beef Pot Roast, mashed potatoes, green beans
Homemade Pizza (Toast a gluten free bagel with butter and garlic salt, top with spaghetti sauce, pepperoni and cheese and broil for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese), salad
Hot Dogs, chips
Italian Chicken (marinate chicken breast strips in Italian dressing* and saute), Salad
Breakfast for dinner: Fried eggs, grits, sausage links
