Take Ten-Improve your life ten minutes at a time!
This week we’ll be spending ten minutes a day cleaning and organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Clean out all the out dated spices, food that’s about to expire, and kitchen items that you don’t really need and haven’t used in over a year. I will be sorting as I unpack as we have just moved into our new home.

That is a great idea! I do something similar but not as specific. If I can’t get motivated to clean the kitchen for example, I’ll set the timer for 10-20 minutes and do as much as I can in that time. Whatever doesn’t get done I come back to later and set the timer again. I think it helps me not get overwhelmed and distracted. Racing against the timer leaves no time for distraction. 🙂
I find the same thing. I get easily distracted with big projects and setting the timer really helps me to focus.
