We have about a month until we move and we are very busy!
The kids are going through their things one more time to determine if anything else needs to be given away. My husband is finishing up his last two weeks at work and I am trying to get rid of the rest of the stuff in my dining room.
I am also crying- a lot.
It is difficult to leave what has been familiar for years. Last week we attended our last home school skate day. I didn’t think it would be a big deal, but one of the moms said,”I may not see you again, so I want to tell you bye.” I cried.
Yesterday we ate Thanksgiving dinner at my mother-in-law’s house. I started to tell her thank you for cooking as we sat down to eat and I began crying.
I guess it will be this way for a while. Good thing I have lots of tissues I purchased cheaply with coupons! 🙂
Even Jesus wept, tears are a healthy way to deal with changes in our lives. I’m joining my prayers with Jenny’s, that He will surround and comfort you and speak peace over your family throughout the coming changes! 🙂
Thank you so much Alycia! I have had amazing peace through everything.
I love you Kimberlee….you are walking out God’s amazing, awesome plan for your lives and HIS peace will constantly surround you!!!
Thank you so much for your constant friendship and encouragement Jenny!
Ms. Kimberlee. I would like to tell you it will get better. But I don’t believe that it does. I remember when my sister left I cried forever. Now, we get so excited if we get to see her, but then she has to leave again. So we wait 3 years, see her, then cry rivers all over again. It is very tough. I am praying for you, but it is very tough. (sorry, no positve thinking tips for now). And, just who is going to guide us serious money savers now??
I think some things in life are just difficult Becki, but I am praying for grace. Thanks for your prayers. That means a lot!
Im not going anywhere and sometimes I cry…you will be missed!
Thank you Cindy. We will miss you and your family too!
