Fun for the Girls

I love the way God provides for my family, but it is especially sweet when I see His provision for my children.

All of the children are giving up a lot in order to move into the next stage of our lives (read more here).  The limits on what we can bring mean we have to be very efficient in what we choose to pack.

My two oldest girls have been afraid of losing contact with friends and really wanted a way to keep in touch.  They have been saving for months in order to buy a laptop to take with us so they can email their friends.

Recently they decided that an IPod Touch would do what they wanted and be more portable.  The money they made at our yard sale when added to their savings (for over a year!) enabled them to make the purchase yesterday.  It was one happy day for those  girls!
