LUNCH
Nitrate-free ham* sandwiches, cucumbers, grapes x2
Tuna salad, crackers*
Nitrate-free turkey slices* and cream cheese rollup, cucumber slices
Smoothie* and popcorn*
Homemade pizza bagels (spaghetti sauce*, plain bagels*, cheese*, nitrate free pepperoni*
Nachos, avocados
DINNER
Rotisserie Chicken, salad
Spicy Chicken and Black Bean Soup (using leftover rotisserie chicken)
Frozen Pizza*, salad
Potato Soup (potatoes*, chicken broth*, onions*, milk) with bacon* and cheese
Crock Pot BBQ Chicken, brown rice
Steak and Peppers, rice
Chicken Wings (sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt, bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, serve with your favorite hot sauce), potato chips
