Interested to know what we’re eating with a $100/week budget for six?
Honestly this is a boring week food-wise, but I am not in the mood to be creative and we have the ingredients on hand for these meals.
* items which were previously purchased at the lowest sale prices which are in the pantry, fridge or freezer
BREAKFAST
Cereal* w/ organic milk x2
Waffles*, organic vanilla yogurt
Scrambled eggs*, sausage links*
Bagels* and cream cheese
Grits*, sausage links*
Organic yogurt, blueberries and granola*
LUNCH
Sub sandwiches (ham*, lettuce*, pickles*, cheese*, hoagie rolls -given to us)
Smoothie* and popcorn*
Taco Salad (ground beef*, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa*)
Ham* sandwiches, pickles*
Nachos* and Black Bean and Corn Salsa (beans*, corn)
Tuna Salad*
Turkey* and cream cheese rollup, cucumber slices
DINNER (I’m getting a break several nights this week!)
Black beans* and rice*
Dinner at a Friends
Pizza*
Baked potatoes*, bacon*, broccoli*
Chili (ground beef*, beans* and tomatoes*)
Dinner at Church
Hot dogs* and veggies* for kids (Date night!)
