Thai Shrimp, Dirty Rice with Smoked Sausage and Burgers on the Grill are some of the items on the menu this week.
Note: My Kroger Deals post (here) includes only the super sale items which will give you the most value for your money. The menu ideas include some regular sale items which can be found here. You may have ingredients on hand (potatoes, frozen vegetables) that will make these meals cheaper.
Burgers on the Grill (Fresh Ground Beef Flavorseal $1.60/lb)
Serve with sauted portabella mushrooms (Dole mushrooms $2.00) and
Dirty Rice with Smoked Sausage (Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage $2.50, Mahatma Rice FREE w/ cpn.) Recipe here.
Serve with biscuits (Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits $1.00).
Rotisserie Chicken (Kroger Rotisserie Chicken $2.99 with Kroger e-coupon)
Serve with Romaine (Redi Pac Baby Romaine $3.00) and cucumber ($.50) salad.

Serve with sugar snap peas (Gr. Giant Frozen Veg. $.50 w/ cpn) and rice (Mahatma rice FREE w/ cpn)
Super Nachos (Ground beef $1.60/lb, Tostito’s Tortilla Chips 9-13 oz $2.50, Pace Salsa $1.99)- Layer chips, ground beef cooked with taco seasoning (make your own recipe here) and cheese. Bake under the broiler for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts, watching closely to make sure they don’t burn. Top with salsa, sour cream and chopped green onions if desired.
Serve with mexican rice (Mahatma Rice FREE w/ cpn.)
Freschetta or Kashi Frozen Pizza (each $3.99 w/ cpn)
Serve with Strawberry and Spinach Salad (Redi Pac Spinach $3, Strawberries $1.88) with poppyseed or raspberry vinaigrette dressing (Maries Salad Dressings $1.50 w/ cpn; Kroger Salad Dressing $1.00)
