We had some changes to our plans last week. Someone gave us the leftovers from a Mexican Fiesta (which we ate for two days!) and we ended up going out to eat one night, so some of the meals from last week that were not eaten you will again this week.
Here is this week’s menu at our house:
BREAKFAST
Oatmeal
Egg and cheese bagels
Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter
Organic yogurt w/ frozen blueberries
Scrambled eggs and grits
Cheese toast
Cereal with milk
LUNCH (the usual suspects)
PBJ, apple slices
Ham sandwiches, dill pickles
Soup, crackers
Nachos
Tuna Salad, raw veggies and dip
Pizza bagels
Popcorn and Smoothie
DINNER
Tyson Steak Tips, mashed Potatoes, green beans
Parmesan Chicken Strips (recipe here), snap peas
Country Style Ribs, rice, broccoli and cauliflower
Pasta with meatballs and sauce, salad
Baked potatoes, bacon, broccoli with cheese sauce
Hot dogs, chips
Black Beans and Rice
