We are certainly stocked up on canned tomatoes, frozen vegetables, cheese and pasta sauce after this week’s shopping, so you will be seeing those in our menus for the next couple of weeks. Here is the plan for this week:
BREAKFAST
Organic yogurt, fresh strawberries and granola
Waffles
Scrambled eggs and cantaloupe slices
Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast w/ natural peanut butter
Oatmeal
Cereal
Fried eggs and toast
LUNCH
Soup and cheese toast x2
PBJ and orange slices
Ham sandwiches and dill pickles
Hotdogs and raw vegetables w/ dip
Tuna Salad
Leftover chili
DINNER
Kimberlee’s Famous Crock Pot Chili and cornbread
Hamburgers, onion rolls, fried potatoes
Frozen pizza and salad
Chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
Breakfast for dinner: sausage and eggs
Country Style Ribs, rice
Meatballs, sauce, rice* and frozen broccoli
*We use rice instead of pasta because my daughter is gluten intolerant and I haven’t been happy with rice pasta.
