Many women I know have dealt with depression at one time or another. I am no exception. A few years ago I became completely debilitated by it, and it has been a long journey forward.
Looking back, there were several things which significantly helped me in my healing journey. Gaining an understanding of God’s character, journaling, evaluating my relationships, and learning boundaries are just of few of the tools which brought me back from the brink.
