BREAKFAST

French Toast (Udi’s GF Bread), sausage links

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Chex cereal with milk

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel)

Yogurt, banana

Gluten Free Banana Pecan Muffins

Ham, Green Pepper and Cheese Omelette

LUNCH

Apple SandwichesGlutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists x2

Easy Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortillas), cucumber slices

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw broccoli and ranch dressing x2

Nachos with avocado slices

Leftovers from dinner

 

GF Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese

DINNER

(Dinners are super simple because my teens are cooking every meal since I have to keep my knee immobile.)

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (Udi’ gf bread), canned peach slices

Simple Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), rice, steamed green beans

Beef Roast, steamed green beans, mashed potatoes

GF Pasta with meat sauce, salad

Chebe Bread Pizza

Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips)

Crock Pot Chili, corn chips

I like the idea of Taco Bowls with corn chips. I’m sure my kids would love it!
