BREAKFAST

Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs

Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup - gluten free)

Cheese Toast (Udi’s gluten free bread), banana

Cottage Cheese, fresh blueberries

Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices, sausage links

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Chex Cereal with milk

 

Sundried Tomato Bagel framed TPM

LUNCH

Gluten Free Bagel with Sundried Tomato Spread, cucumber slices

Fresh Mozzarella, whole wheat crackers, bell pepper slices

Cheese Nachos, avocado, cherry tomatoes

Hummus and red pepper pitas, apple slices

Salad with Italian Chicken

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, pickles, potato chips x2

 

Authentic Mexican Enchiladas Recipe--The Peaceful Mom

DINNER

Authentic Mexican Enchiladas, rice

Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad

Pan Fried Pork Chops, steamed green beans, mashed potatoes

Spicy Black Beans, rice

Breakfast for Dinner:  scrambled eggs, sausage links

Cheeseburger Pasta (made with Ancient Harvest Quinoa Rotelle), steamed broccoli

Dinner Out (2 of our teens received restaurant gift certificates from work)
