Baked Oatmeal with Berries and Bananas (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats

Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices

Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh blueberries

Chex Cereal with milk x2

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s GF bagel)

Cheese Toast, banana (Udi’s GF bread)


Crunchy Chicken Salad

LUNCH

Crunchy Chicken Salad, cucumber slices

Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Udi’s GF bread), canned peaches

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollups, celery sticks

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, potato chips

Tuna Salad, green pepper slices

Chebe Bread Pizza

Leftovers from dinner

 

Beef and Veggie Soup

DINNER

Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Black Bean and Corn Salsa

BBQ Chicken, baked beans, steamed broccoli

Cheeseburger Pasta (made with Ancient Harvest Quinoa Rotelle), steamed green beans

Easy Potato Soup, cheese toast triangles (Udi’s GF bread)

Breakfast for Dinner: Pancakes made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs, bacon

I could use a little change to my breakfast meals. That baked oatmeal looks very tempting.
