Fried Eggs with SpinachBlack Bean and Corn Salsa

Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and banana slices

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Chex cereal with milk x2

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

GF Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese

LUNCH

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, kettle chips

Easy Cheese Quesadillas (made with corn tortillas), raw carrots with ranch dressing

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, carrots and ranch dressing x2

Chebe Bread Pizza

Cheese Nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes

Leftovers from dinner

 

 

BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burger--The Peaceful Mom

DINNER

BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (gluten free bun), fries

Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad

Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad

Spicy Black Beans, rice

Thanksgiving: Turkey, steamed green beans, sweet potato casserole, pumpkin pie

Easy Potato Soup  (potatoes previously purchased), cheesy biscuits
