Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana

 

LUNCH

Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, raw carrots with ranch dressing

Nachos, orange slices

Apple Sandwiches

Easy Cheese Quesadillas (with corn tortillas), canned peaches

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, celery with cream cheese

Homemade Pizza Bagels (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

 

DINNER

Ham & Spinach Pasta (Tinkyada Brown Rice Elbows with Rice Bran), romaine salad

Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed green beans

Baked Ham, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

BBQ Chicken, rice, steamed green beans

Chebe Bread Pizza

Heartland Gluten Free Pasta with meat sauce, romaine salad, garlic toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

Hot Wings (from a local restaurant), potato chips
