Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu 2/25 {+ easy recipes!}

Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

[You can see our family’s $125 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter who eats gluten free for medical reasons (still within the $125 weekly budget).] Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use! 

BREAKFAST

Ham & Egg Cups, orange slices

French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), sausage links

Scrambled eggs, cantaloupe slices

Yogurt, blueberries, Crockpot Granola

Gluten Free Apple Pancake

Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel with cream cheese

Chex Cereal with milk

 

LUNCH

Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn

Avocado, Bacon and Tomato Sandwich, cucumber slices

Salad with Italian Chicken

Easy Cheese Quesadillas (made with corn tortillas), salad

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw veggies with ranch dressing

Nachos with avocado slices

Apple Sandwiches. celery with cream cheese and raisins

 

DINNER

Beef and Veggie Soup (with leftover roast from last week), gluten free cornbread

Gluten Free Pasta with Italian Sausage Pasta Sauce, Romaine salad, garlic toast

Crock Pot Chili, corn chips (repeat from last week because we ate leftovers)

Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), canned peaches, raw veggies and ranch dressing

Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), rice, steamed green beans

Individual Lasagna Bake, Romaine salad, garlic bread

Cookout with friends (we’re bringing potato salad)

I must not have eaten enough this morning because I keep drooling over the breakfast foods. I think I’m going to have to make some Ham & Egg Cups for lunch!
