$125 Budget Weekly Menu –After two years of $100 Budget Menus, we’ve increased the grocery budget to $125 a week for six people including three teens and one pre-teen.

BREAKFAST

Crustless Quiche

Homemade Freezer Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola, blueberries

Scrambled eggs, fresh honey dew slices

Cereal with milk x2

Cheese Toast, banana



LUNCH

Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn*

Salad with Italian Chicken*

Turkey Sandwich, cucumber slices x2

Nachos with avocado slices

PBJ, diced honeydew

Leftovers from dinner

 

DINNER

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices

BBQ Pork Sliders, cabbage coleslaw

Chicken Tenders*, rice*, steamed green beans

Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on tortillas chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad

Baked Potatoes with bacon*, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad

Crunchy Chicken Salad, orange slices*

Take Out Pizza
