Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

BREAKFAST

Christmas Morning: Monte Cristo Sandwich with Fontina Cheese (with Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Glutino Berry Sensible Beginnings (Corn Rice Flakes W/Strawberries) cereal with milk (review coming soon!) x2

Strawberry Yogurt with banana slices, cheese toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins

Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs

 

 

LUNCH

Homemade Pizza Bagels (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw veggies and ranch dressing

Nachos with avocado slices

Peanut Butter Banana, chips

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollups, green pepper slices

Leftovers from dinner x2

DINNER

Christmas Eve Dinner at a restaurant with friends (we check the menu ahead of time)

Christmas Dinner: Simple Shrimp and Grits, steamed sugar snap peas, tortilla chips with spinach artichoke dip, ice cream

Greek Pasta Salad (with gluten free pasta), hummus with raw veggies

Hot Dogs with baked beans

Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips

Roast Beef and Provolone Lettuce Wrap, chips, grapes

Turkey and Swiss Sandwich (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), chips

(We have a very busy week so we will be having “picnic” type food two evenings while we are out rather than eating in a restaurant.)
