Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

[You can see our family’s $125 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter who eats gluten free for medical reasons (still within the $125 weekly budget).]

BREAKFAST

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Oatmeal Pancakes (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)

Yogurt with blueberries

Glutino Berry Sensible Beginnings (Corn Rice Flakes W/Strawberries) cereal with milk (review coming soon!)

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s gluten free bagel)

Banana Berry Smoothie, scrambled eggs

Cheese Toast (Udi’s gluten free bread), banana

LUNCH

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, apple slices with cinnamon

Tuna Salad, crackers

Apple Sandwiches

Homemade pizza bagels (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Nachos, cucumber slices

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, raw veggies with ranch dressing

Leftovers from dinner

 

DINNER

BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon BurgerEasy Sweet Potato Fries

Beef Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans

(repeat from last week because we had grilled cheese instead)

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, rice

Easy Potato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (Udi’s gluten free bread)

Roast Chicken, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Chicken Quesadillas (corn tortillas, leftover roast chicken), corn

Dinner Out with the Family
