Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

[You can see our family’s $125 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter who eats gluten free for medical reasons (still within the $125 weekly budget).]

BREAKFAST

Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Chex Cereal with milk x2

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Yogurt, blackberries

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana

Fried eggs, bacon

LUNCH

Apple Sandwiches

Chebe Bread Pizza

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing x2

Nachos with avocado slices

Snack lunch: salami slices, pepper jack cheese, fresh broccoli  with ranch dressing

Tuna salad

 

DINNER

Quesadillas (corn tortillas), steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Hot Dogs, baked beans

Dinner Out (restaurant with a gluten free menu–woohoo!)

Gluten Free Pasta with meat sauce, salad, garlic toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

Scrambled eggs, bacon**

Roast beef , mashed potatoes , steamed green beans

Crockpot Chili , corn chips

 

**We were able to buy several pounds of bacon from Zaycon Foods (read more about Zaycon here) so you will be seeing that in our menus for the next few weeks.

My kids LOVED quesadillas when they were little. Sadly they seemed to have outgrew them now. I MAY have overdone it tho. LOL! I think I may have to sneak them back in sometime to see if them re-kindle that fire.
