$125 Budget Weekly Menu {+ Easy Recipes!} 11/30

by Kimberlee

$125 Budget Weekly Menu –After two years of $100 Budget Menus, we’ve increased the grocery budget to $125 a week for six people including three teens and one pre-teen.

This week we kept the budget to less than $50 (see my shopping later) by planning super cheap and easy meals, and using what we already have in the freezer, refrigerator and pantry. We will use the remainder of the grocery money for a family outing this weekend including a rare restaurant dinner as a family!

Read how I feed my family for less without extreme couponing in my FREE ebook Save More-Clip Less!

*Items marked with an asterisk were purchased in previous weeks in the $125 Budget and are in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

Please Note: I post my weekly menu to encourage menu planning and to give meal ideas, not as a nutritional standard. You should feed your family based on your priorities and values. You may not be able to replicate this exact menu for $125 because sales vary by region and you will have different items on hand, but you can save money just by using a menu. :)

Love the idea behind this post. Hubby is working extra shifts for the next few months since we got behind thanks to 3 kids on a competitive soccer league. We traveled every weekend for months and have been getting behind on bills. I am going to make an effort to save money with our groceries too! Grabbing a copy of that free e-book too!
