Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Chex cereal with milk
Gluten Free Banana Pecan Muffins
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana
Scrambled eggs, yogurt cup

LUNCH
Apple Sandwiches, yogurt cup
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing
Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, carrots with ranch dressing
Snack Lunch: Salami slices, Pepper Jack cheese slices, cucumber slices
Nachos, grapes
Leftovers from dinner

DINNER
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers, Tortilla Chips
Breakfast for Dinner: Fried Eggs, sausage links
Gluten Free Pasta with grilled chicken strips, romaine salad
BBQ Chicken Nachos, Fresh Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Easy Potato Soup, grilled cheese sandwich (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Chicken Enchiladas (corn tortillas), rice, steamed green beans*
Baked Ham, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
