Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

[You can see our family’s $125 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter who eats gluten free for medical reasons (still within the $125 weekly budget).]

BREAKFAST

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

Organic Vanilla Yogurt, banana, Crockpot Granola

Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Chex cereal with milk

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), fresh peach slices

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oatswith raisins, Easy Baked Apples

Scrambled eggs with cheese

 

LUNCH

Bagel with Sundried Tomato Spread, pear slices

Chebe Bread Pizza, grapes

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, grapes

Nachos, avocado

Apple Sandwiches

Tuna Salad, Crunchmaster Gluten Free Crackers

 

 

DINNER

Individual Gluten Free Lasagna Bake, romaine salad

Chicken and Black Bean Chili, corn chips

Cheeseburger Casserole, steamed broccoli

Rosemary Roasted Chicken, steamed green beans, roasted potatoes with herbs (repeat from last week b/c we made grilled cheese instead)

Mama’s Takin’ the Night Off: Frozen Pizza

Chicken Enchiladas, rice, Mexican corn

Simple Shrimp and Grits, steamed green beans
