Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

BREAKFAST

Gluten Free Apple Pancake

Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup, sausage

Chex Cereal with milk x2

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Cheese Toast (Udis Gluten Free Bread), orange slices

Scrambled eggs, Easy Baked Apples

 

LUNCH

Peach Berry Smoothie, popcorn

Turkey Sandwich, carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing

Homemade Pizza Bagels

Tuna Salad

Nachos, carrots with ranch dressing

PBJ, tortilla chips, apple slices with cinnamon

Leftovers from Dinner

 

DINNER

BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers, potato chips

Seasoned Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed cauliflower with butter and salt

Hot Dogs, baked beans

Rosemary Roasted Chicken, steamed green beans, roasted potatoes with herbs

Oven Baked Tacos with Beantastic Taco MeatBroccoli Slaw Salad (broccoli slaw previously purchased)

Leftover Night

Dinner with Friends
