BREAKFAST
Oatmeal Pancakes (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Yogurt, banana slices, Crockpot Granola
Chex cereal with milk x2
Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

LUNCH
Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortillas), raw broccoli and carrots
Tuna Salad, Crunchmaster Gluten Free Crackers
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing x2
Nachos, avocado slices
Snack lunch: salami, pepper jack cheese, raw broccoli and carrots
DINNER
Chicken Pasta Salad (Heartland Gluten Free Pasta), grapes
Chicken and Black Bean Chili, corn chips
Chuck Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream served on tortilla chips), corn
Jovial Gluten Free Pasta with Marinara sauce, Romaine Salad
Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry, rice
Dinner out (we have a gift certificate)

I will have to try the Heartland GF pasta for pasta salad. Every other brand of GF pasta I have tried for pasta salad has failed miserably!

We have found that we have to make it and eat within a few minutes. It doesn’t keep well overnight.
