Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. Gluten Free shouldn’t be difficult! Check out our simple ideas for eating gluten free for less.

[You can see our family’s $125 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter who eats gluten free for medical reasons--still within the $125 weekly budget.]

BREAKFAST

French Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), sausage

Veggie Scramble, grapes

Homemade Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), cantaloupe

Yogurt, blueberries, Crockpot Granola

Banana with peanut butter, oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats)

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)

 

LUNCH

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, grapes

Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, raw carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing

Homemade Pizza Bagels (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel, spaghetti sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni)

Nachos with avocado slices x2

Hot Dogs, raw broccoli and carrots with ranch dressing

 

 

DINNER

BBQ Chicken TostadasTomato Cucumber Salad

Beef Chuck Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans

Chicken and Veggie Stir Fry, rice

Country Style Ribs, corn on the cob

Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Crockpot Chili, corn chips

Steak and Peppers, rice

Your menu looks great! I am working on making more of our meals gluten free – my part is gluten free, but it is easier if the whole meal can be too.

I made my steak and peppers in the slow cooker a few weeks ago and it was amazing.
