Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu 8/20

Our Simple Gluten Free Weekly Menu. You can check out our family’s $100 Budget Weekly Menu here. These are the adjustments we make for my daughter with a wheat allergy (still within the $100 budget). Click each purple link for the recipe or product we use! 

 

BREAKFAST

Chocolate Chip Pancakes (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), sausage links

Homemade Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup

Fried eggs, honey dew melon

Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Rolled Oats) with cinnamon and raisins

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana

Chex Cereal with milk

Yogurt, banana

 

LUNCH

Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)

Nachos, avocado slices

Quesadillas (corn tortillas), carrots with ranch dressing

Ham and cream cheese rollups, green pepper slices  x2

Leftovers

 

DINNER

(We have a couple of repeats from last week because I left town to visit friends and family and we didn’t eat these meals.)

BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, rice

Garlic Shrimp Radiatore (made with gluten free rotini), romaine salad

Breakfast for Dinner: scrambled eggs and bacon

London Broil, steamed green beans 

Roast ChickenBlack Bean and Corn Salsa

Chicken Enchiladas (with leftover roast chicken and corn tortillas), rice

Beef Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli

Oh wow! A Gluten Free/wheat free diet menu plan! Im used to seeing these but so many of them seem to have lots of wheat products. Thanks for the fresh ideas. There is only so much gluten free cereal a girl can eat!
