Fried Eggs with SpinachBlack Bean and Corn Salsa

Chex cereal with milk x2

Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s gluten free bagel)

Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana

Homemade gluten free waffleshomemade waffle syrup

Very Blueberry Smoothie

 

LUNCH

Salad with Italian Chicken with DIY Italian Dressing

Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pickle x2

Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, celery sticks

Nachos, avocado

PBJ (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), tortilla chips x2

 

DINNER

Steak and Peppers, rice

Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (Udi’s gluten free bread), fried cabbage

Salad with Italian ChickenBlack Bean and Corn Salsa

Burgers, Home Fried Potatoes

Pork Chops, steamed cauliflower and broccoli

Chicken Enchiladas, rice, salad

Dinner at a friend’s house
